Stove supply, servicing and fitting service:
We are now able to carry out stove installations, site surveys, servicing appointments and wood deliveries. Rest assured our surveyor will be keeping a 2m distance and their hands will be sanitised. Please ensure windows are open and masks are worn. If there is anybody shielding, vulnerable or is showing any signs of Covid symptoms we ask that you not book an appointment/home visit but request a call back and we will be happy to help remotely.
Supply only orders & spares:
All our suppliers are working on skeleton staff and are trying to deal with manufacturing delays, port issues, shipment back log and logistics which are all proving to be very trying at this time so patience is required by ourselves and our clients at this fast changing unknown world we are all experiencing at present and we appreciate your understanding.
*Bioethanol stoves and accessories are being delivered direct to you from our suppliers and if you have ordered a stove and/or bio accessories these are likely to be delivered in separate packages. (*There are delays on all bio product deliveries at present).
Deliveries: All deliveries are being dropped at the door and no signing of paperwork is required as we pay heed to the advice issued by the Government and Public Health Authority in finding the balance between protecting health and minimising disruption.
