Special extra fine and light metal mesh. Hand sculpt it to create a light net and place it over the flame for a stunning flickering embers impression. Makes the flame even more hypnotic! It is the only accessory that can be placed over the flame with *Bio Ethanol Fires.

A small addition to your fire which makes a big difference.

The Fibre Glow does not burn and doesn't get hot, when handled gently will last for up to 300 h.

Always remember to remove it before extinguishing your fireplace.

How big is the pack? The amount of glowing fibre shown on the front picture spread lightly over the fire opening is representative of the amount you are actually receiving in a pack.

The size of the pack seems small - 1 gram, but please bear in mind that Glowing Fibre is not meant to be arranged in a thick layer over the flame as it will reduce the flame heavily if you use too much! The supplied amount is recommended for our standard size Small Burner featured in 80% of our bigger fireplaces. For a guide, if your flame opening is much bigger than approx. 26 x 2.5 cm or 35 x 0.5cm you may need more than one pack.

Safety first!

  • Never cover the opening of the steel fuel box with any other materials or objects.
  • Only non-combustible fuel beds to be used within a bioethanol firebox around the flame such as the ceramic logs, pebbles & coals for sale on our site. Certain bioethanol fires do not allow anything to be used in the fire chamber so always check with the manufacture first.
  • Any images of real logs shown are for display purposes only and are not included within any order and MUST not be used on a bioethanol fire.
  • *Fibre glow fibres can only be used with certain bioethanol models. Remember to always take the fibre out of the fireplace before you extinguish it, as it can cause the bioethanol to ignite again. This could be done with the extinguishing tool that comes with the stove/fireplace.
